! A Simple Breakfast: Egg+Avocado + Bun + Cheese Fusion

You don’t need a complex breakfast to supply your nutrition for the first day of the meal. Let’s begin.

🥚 1. Boiling some eggs …… → Menu

Not many people knew how to boil the eggs. You may buy some boiled eggs from the supermarket. I really don’t like them, especially the taste. Also, I am the one who knows how to boil a fresh egg. You will love it when boiled eggs are processed from your own hands.

Pick Your Eggs

No matter what color you pick, white or yellow. You need to feel their shells. Why? You cannot identify those eggs whether are soft-shell or hard-shell from the appearance. A healthy egg must be a hard shell. You can compare the eggs from a free-caged hen and a normal hen. An egg from free-caged will win the hard-shell champion.

How to Cook?

The water level must cover the whole egg. Anything float? Of course, the egg has turned bad. You must throw it away.

Eggs only need to be boiled for ⏱️1 minute.

Take a look at the verb, it’s boiled instead of cooked. You can start the timer when you see the 💭big bubble.

When the alarm rings the bell, I will cover the cap, turn off the fire, and slow-cook for ⏲️10 minutes.

Easy job, isn’t it?

🥑 2. Process Avocado …… → Menu

Of course, you need a soft-shell avocado. But a fully riped one will be tasted terrible. In my experience, you can pick an avocado in a range from Green+Little Softshell to Black+Not too Softshell. Here are some examples of how I process them.

Green + Hard Shell

At this grade of shell, you cannot peel off its skin.

The fastest way: microwave the avocado for a few minutes, or boil with eggs. My comment: Taste terrible.

The hard way: You have to cut off the shell by knife. The inside is very hard, too. After I remove the nut, I will chop the avocado into long pieces. Next, I will fire up the pan, add a little oil, part of garlic, and avocado pieces. Let’s stir-fry for a minute or two, pure one teaspoon soy source, and cook a little longer to let the food absorb the source. This is great for salad.

Green + Little Softshell

You probably can peel off its skin but bad for your fingernails. I will put it in a milk bucket

and add hot water to cover its whole body. Set the timer⏱️ for 15 minutes. Wola! You will have an easily peel-off avocado.

Reserve Part Avocado

You probably cannot finish the whole avocado if it was too big for you. You need to keep the rest body with its core. The core can keep sending the signal to its body to show its existence. So your avocado won’t turn black when you take it out of the fridge.

🍞 3. Bun + Cheese …… → Menu

I will like to combine a bread bun with cheese. Good calcium, isn’t it?

This is my homemade sesame bun. I will teach you in another article. I use a food shear to curve out the middle.

I set the Babybel cheese in the middle. I like to use Babybel because its size fits into my bun 100%.

Cook for 30s. It’s ready for serve.
